LAAAATE start...today was a very busy day, but I did manage to get some work out time in the gym, feeling some of the equipment out. So I managed to do a few good leg workouts and some cardio. mostly a feeler type thing, so I definitely need to get in there on a schedule. Today was sooo busy that I just now got around to doing my crunches.

Music: None.. The sound of the fan is my only muse.
