30 day crunch challenge: How it works

Thanks to Chantelle for this awesome idea!  We are starting this together on 6/18/2013 to prepare for our 5k run in September!!

Girl, on top of the squat challenge and this... My body... my poor, poor body.
But I'm super pumped - and I friggin' love these challenges.  They really help motivate me! Especially knowing I'm not doing them alone :)

Brian is doing the squat challenge, and I think he may just do this one too! Staying fit TOGETHER! YEEHAW!!!

There it is! The instructions! and we start tomorrow!! WHEW - crazy.
