Day 30: 135 Crunches

Now going up 5 starting today - resting every 4th day so will be doing 135 today (Wed) 140 Thursday and then 145 Friday. Resting on Saturday.

Day 29: REST

Was supposed to b 135 but I had a MASSIVE headache so 135 was done on Wednesday.

Now going up 5 every day until the 5k Race on September 21st, resting every 5th day

Day 26: 120 crunches

Reaching the end of 30 days will be doing +5 until the race but will probably take a few days off to allow myself time to get some well needed stuff for work done! i'm thinking all this working out might help me with CPR LOL
